My passion my motivation comes from those 1000″s of people that count on me to pull them through i can’t let that many people down that’s one of the main reasons i put my progress on you tube because i knew i had to keep going because those people are counting on me so it’s not a personal thing anymore i will let all those people down and many will quit if i did i don’t want that to happen.

you should not use milk when take you protein.if you want to get leaner use water.its not that bad.hope this helps u out.
i’m not trying to bulk up i am trying to loose my body fat so i can get rid of my fat arms they aren’t bulky at all it’s just fat! just needed to clear that up i don’t like bulkyness i am trying to loose the body fat to get toned just to see my natural muscles.
@spikeman23 Me and 99% of American men want lean and athletic, not a female body builder. I love girls with a six pack, but I would skip on the ridiculously large arms, legs and facial hair (not saying this girl has either).
P.S I know I am being rude to this girl. I think she has worked hard and has gotten fantastic results in gaining size. But personally I would recommend she switch to the 12 to 15 reps so not to gain anymore size.
That is a girl. It’s guys like you that are too much of a pussy to handle a ripped woman, I’m telling you if you ever get a girl with some serious abs you will cream your boxers. It is hotter in person.

i been putting crap in my mouth all i did is just manage how much i eat im not a rabbit once in awhile im gonna want somthing sweet or go out for dinner and im not doing p90x but i lost 45 in 4 months on my own workout plan its all about doing everything in moderation
you are an inspiration for me. I started p90x about a month ago, but due to problems with my mother’s health…i wasn’t able to keep up. So i just restarted it and going through that muscle soreness. My goal is the ability to do 10 push-ups, couldn’t even do one, and lose 40 pounds.
Way to bring it. Also, excellent advice about avoiding processed foods. It is so important that people understand that food is not entertainment it is fuel. If you put crap in, you’ll get crap out (ok, that was gross, but you get the idea). Keep up the hard work. It is paying off big time.

Thank you so much for your updates, I just finished my 30 days of P90X and had great results but now I’m trying to push myself even further and get rid of this weight and be healthier, your suggestions on what to eat are great. Keep up the good work!

try taking the shake with OJ instead of milk…the OJ kicks total ass …and its less fat than the milk although the milk keeps you full longer… good job with the new outlook on p90x…great job customizing it

I love your videos, but I had a question about the whey protein and stuff…so are you going to like blend strawberries, blueberries gronala and milk WITH the whey protein, or how does that work, (mix it in a glass of water) I think I want to give the supplement and whey protein a try, can I get um at a walmart, or like a GNC?

Sometimes we fall off the horse, and getting back on is the hardest decision to make sometimes!! But you’ve got the oomf girl! Keep going. Did you ever use the questionaire I sent you to find out if you were carb or calorie sensitive? I thought you did – ended up carb sensitive – right?
